1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LingoPeek (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zanforge LTD regarding your use of LingoPeek.

2. About the Service

LingoPeek is a language-learning tool that helps users read content in foreign languages by providing word lookups, translations, and vocabulary management. The Service is provided “as is” for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs
• Share your account or credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal usage

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that translation results will be accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zanforge LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €10, whichever is greater.

7. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
